1. Who we are. These terms are an agreement between you and Cape K Solutions AB (see Contact) for the use of NormLens.
  2. What NormLens is. A tool that helps you assess an AI system against the EU AI Act: you answer questions and provide evidence; an automated evaluation, run with a language model, grades your written justifications. NormLens is not legal advice and its result is not an official conformity assessment; it does not replace a notified body or your own legal counsel.
  3. Accounts. You are responsible for your account and for what your workspace's members do; a workspace's Compliance Officers manage its members.
  4. Your content. You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us the right to process it only to provide the service (stored encrypted). You must have the right to upload it.
  5. Price and payment. €495 per AI system per year, excluding VAT, in euro (EUR). One payment unlocks Deep Evaluation for one AI system for twelve months; a passing evaluation issues its certificate. VAT is added at checkout according to your country and VAT number. You pay upfront, by card [to be provided: other payment methods], through our payment provider Mollie. Nothing renews automatically: thirty days before your year ends you can renew, and if you do not, the year simply ends. Prices exclude VAT; the VAT shown at checkout applies. Payment is processed by Mollie B.V.; we do not see or store your card number.
  6. Term and ending. A paid year lasts twelve months and does not renew automatically. You can delete your account at any time in My Account; we then erase your personal data, except invoices (see Privacy).
  7. Refunds. See the Refund policy.
  8. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; planned maintenance is announced where possible.

  10. Changes. We may change these terms with [to be provided: notice period] days' notice by email; the version in force when you paid applies to that year.
