How to ask. Email [to be provided: support email] with your invoice number. A refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Mollie, within [to be provided: refund period] days. What a refund does: the paid year it bought ends when the refund is made, and Deep Evaluation for that project locks again (the product shows “The payment of … was refunded; the paid year it bought ended on …”). The invoice stays on record, with a credit note [to be provided: credit note rule].
A failed or cancelled payment is never charged and unlocks nothing.
